-
Led narrative development and executive production for a multi-video impact campaign translating a decade of scientific investment into clear, human-centered stories.
Designed cohesive storytelling frameworks that aligned diverse researchers, initiatives, and stakeholders under a single campaign vision.
Developed and guided interview strategy to surface both scientific rigor and the human motivations behind the work.
Oversaw end-to-end production workflows, coordinating creative teams, stakeholders, and review cycles with minimal friction.
Shaped editorial direction and post-production to ensure clarity, consistency, and narrative integrity across all deliverables.
Balanced scientific accuracy with audience-first storytelling to support trust-building and public-facing communication at scale.
Challenge: Communicate the real-world impact of complex, long-term scientific investments across multiple researchers, initiatives, and stakeholders.
What I did: Served as executive producer, leading narrative development and end-to-end video production while aligning diverse stories into a cohesive impact framework. I translated technical research into clear, human-centered narratives that highlighted how clients’ investments translate into real progress across science and health. I managed interviews, creative workflows, contractors, and stakeholder feedback throughout the process.
Impact: Delivered a unified impact campaign that enabled the client to articulate its scientific mission, outcomes, and long-term vision at scale for its science-interested and stakeholder audience.
Deliverables: 35 total videos, which include 16 x 2–3-minute horizontal videos with complementary 60-second verticals, plus a 3-minute compilation video.
